Received your ring and it doesn't fit? Not to worry! We offer exchanges for ring sizing - please use the button below to apply for an exchange within seven days of receiving your order.

We cannot issue exchanges or returns for the following:

Earrings - due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer returns for earrings. If you receive you earrings and they are damaged or defected please contact us immediately.

Sale items - due to limited stock we cannot do exchanges or returns on sale items.

At this point in time Halo Fiction is not licensed with Sarah J Maas or any other authors. However, we are actively pursuing licensing agreements to support the amazing authors we love so much.

All jewellery comes with a three-month warranty from the date of purchase. If you experience any defects or issues with your jewellery within this period, please contact us for repair or replacement options.

We have a six-month warranty covering our bespoke rings.

All bespoke rings are hand-made, it is because of this that some claws holding the stones may not have been placed firmly enough. If you happen to loose a stone - we will replace the ring for you at a moments notice.
